All purchases of SMS/Voice credits ("Coins") are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy. We do not provide refunds for unused Coins or for any portion of used Coins.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions (accidental multiple purchases)
• Technical errors on our part that prevent service usage
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

3. Refund Process

• Your account email
• Transaction ID or receipt
• Detailed reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Service Suspension

If your account is suspended for violation of our Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy, you will not be eligible for any refund of unused Coins.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
